The Roorkee Water Conclave 2026 strictly adheres to a no-refund policy for registration fees.
The last date to Register for the Conclave is 15th January 2026.
Instructions for Online Payment of Registration Fees
Please follow the steps below to complete the online payment of the registration fee via the SBI Collect portal:
- Choose Educational Institutes from Category.
- On the right hand side, filter the list by state, Uttarakhand.
- Now click on DEAN SRIC CONF.
- Payment Category: Select “Conference/Workshop/Other Charges”.
- Conference/Workshop Code/Others: Enter “CONFR-196-WRD”.
- Others – Write NA if Code Available Above: Enter “NA”.
- Category – Individual/Institutional: Select “Individual”.
- Fill in your Name, Institute, Email ID, Mobile Number, and other required details.
- Enter the Registration Fee applicable to your category.
- Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions and proceed.
- Complete the payment at the payment gateway.
- After successful payment, a confirmation page will be displayed and a confirmation SMS will be sent to the mobile number provided.
- Note: The SB Collect Reference Number generated upon successful payment is required when filling out the registration form.
